As a Registered Massage Therapist, I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to healthcare, addressing the body as a whole to promote balance and healing. I graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2024, where I trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, and sports massage.
Growing up in Revelstoke, BC, I developed a strong interest in physical wellness from an early age, having been active in dance and experiencing several sports-related injuries. These experiences sparked my desire to help others overcome their own challenges and improve their quality of life through massage therapy.
Outside of my practice, I stay active by enjoying outdoor pursuits like hiking, camping, and paddleboarding, and I’m always seeking new ways to stay engaged with nature. When I’m not outdoors, you can find me with a good book or working on my latest crochet project.
I believe in the power of personalized care and enjoy working closely with my clients to address their unique needs, providing therapeutic relief and supporting their long-term well-being. At home, I share my space with my partner and two cats, Gilbert and Beyla, who never fail to keep life interesting.
